We studied over 5000 polyphenols to find OLE, short for Oleuropein, and combined it with Magnesium, Vitamin C, and B6 to fuel cellular energy production (i.e. oxidative metabolism and ATP synthesis). When should I take XTRACT?
Take XTRACT 1 hour before your training session or competition. You can drink it directly from the bottle as a shot or mix it with 250 ml of water for a diluted taste.

HOW DOES XTRACT WORK?
